1 Al Músico principal: sobre Mahalath: Masquil de David. DIJO el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios. Corrompiéronse é hicieron abominable maldad: No hay quien haga bien.

2 Dios desde los cielos miró sobre los hijos de los hombres, Por ver si hay algún entendido Que busque á Dios.

3 Cada uno se había vuelto atrás; todos se habían corrompido: No hay quien haga bien, no hay ni aun uno.

4 ¿No tienen conocimiento todos esos que obran iniquidad? Que comen á mi pueblo como si comiesen pan: A Dios no han invocado.

5 Allí se sobresaltaron de pavor donde no había miedo: Porque Dios ha esparcido los huesos del que asentó campo contra ti: Los avergonzaste, porque Dios los desechó.

6 Oh quién diese de Sión saludes á Israel! En volviendo Dios la cautividad de su pueblo, Gozarse ha Jacob, y alegraráse Israel.

¿Podría existir un gran edificio sin que hubiera constructor? ¿Podrían existir los teléfonos inteligentes sin uno [o más] inventores?  ¿Pudiera una persona ser operada sin que hubiera doctores y robots? Solo un necio puede ver la maravillosa y compleja creación mediante un microscopio o un telescopio y no reconocer la existencia de un creador.  Tristemente ni el necio, ni el malvado [versículo 1], ni el resto de la humanidad busca a Dios. Sin embargo, pareciera que, como una aguja en un pajar, Dios busca al ser humano; y cuando lo encuentra hay gozo en el cielo y en la tierra.  Como el Padre que celebra la llegada de su hijo pródigo con un interminable abrazo lleno de gozo y alegría.  El salmo termina con el gozo de un pueblo restaurado.  El gozo genuino es la expresión de un corazón agradecido.  Aunque este año fue un año muy difícil y para muchos muy triste; siempre hay motivos para dar gracias. “He visto días mejores, pero también peores. No tengo todo lo que quiero, pero tengo todo lo que necesito. Me desperté con algunos dolores y molestias, pero me desperté. Puede que mi vida no sea perfecta, pero estoy bendecido “. Psalm 53: Folly of the Godless, and the Restoration of Israel.

1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

4 Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.

6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Could there be a building without a builder? Could smartphones exist without one [or more] inventors? Could a person be operated on without doctors and robots? Only a fool can see the wonderful and complex creation through a microscope or a telescope and not recognize the existence of a Creator. Sadly  neither the fool nor the wicked  [verse 1],nor the rest of mankind seeks God. However, it  seems that,  God seeks, as it were, a needle in a haystack, He seek the  human being; and when He finds him, there is joy in heaven and on earth.  As the Father who  celebrates the arrival of his prodigal son with an endless embrace full of gladness  and joy.   The psalm ends with the joy of a restored people.   Genuine joy is the expression of a grateful heart. Although this year was a very difficult year, and for many a very sad at that; there are always reasons to give thanks. ” “I’ve seen better days, but I’ve also seen worse. I don’t have everything that I want, but I do have all I need. I woke up with some aches and pains, but I woke up.
